Weaning

The night feed can feel like the loneliest time, you are overtired and most likely over thinking about the events of the day, what needs to be done tomorrow and all the intrusive thoughts seem to take up more space in your head than normal.

Sometimes you just need someone to chat to, to get all those worries out to who will not judge, who can advise on the child caring and offer general support though the feed and resettling process. 

This is a flexible service and can be video call, phone call or messaging  to best suit your needs on an individual night.

Prices start from £20 per hour.

Fussy Eating

Fussy eating is very rarely about the food and can be complex, especially where the emotions and the frustrations set in and meal times are dreaded by everyone. I can help you break down the cause of the fussy eating to get you back on the same team as your child . 

Areas we will look at are:

  • Recognising underlying physical issues that require medical intervention 
  • Allergies and intolerances and moving past the feer 
  • Sensory overwhelm
  • Emotional overwhelm
  • Powerplay
  • Timing of Meals
  • Environment
  • Your hurt and frustration when it feels like your time, and effort are being wasted
  • Any other relevant information specific to your child or family that may affect their eating.
